Depression, heartbreak and anxiety can leave you feeling hopeless.

As soon as our first session you will feel more hopeful that you can heal and find happiness in a supportive community.

Through sharing your story and working through mindfulness exercises you will learn specific tools to feel empowered over your mindset and free from the prison of limiting thoughts and beliefs.

Group Therapy

Group therapy meets once a week for 60 minutes. Groups are provided with a guided meditation at the beginning of each session and group challenges to help get to know yourself and your own mind so that you can be more effective and creating life long changes for yourself from the inside out.

Individual Therapy

I LOVE my work and I am here to help guide you through the process of rewiring your brain for peace and resilience no matter what life throws at you. I specialize in a mindfulness based therapy approach to relationship issues such as friendship and relationship break-ups, family dynamics and unhealthy relationship patterns.

Couple Therapy

Sometimes relationship stress can seem overwhelming, frustrating and even hopeless but there is help. When an important relationship in your life is in turmoil it can be hard to think about anything else. Therapy provides an outside perspective to help identify the underlying cause of conflict and unhealthy communication patterns that may be creating distance between couples.
